our PROCESS
1. Initial Consultation — At the discovery meeting, we review the project objectives, budget, and timeline to help us gain clarity on the project and ensure we are aligned with our Client’s expectations.
2. Design Assessment — The Designer assesses the existing conditions in the space, or the opportunities in new construction, to determine the scope of work and provide a quote.
3. Concept Development — Provide initial design options that align with the client’s goals and vision.
4. Design Presentation —The Client is presented with the initial design concept and finish selections, and any desired changes or revisions are taken into account.
5. Design Approval — The Client and the Designer arrive at a final design concept, including the construction budget and timeline.
6. Selection and Specification — Complete furniture, fixtures, and equipment furnishings specifications.
7. Construction Documentation — The Designer develops clear and accurate construction drawings and specifications.
8. Construction Administration — The Designer oversees the contractor’s work throughout the project and keeps the client informed of progress.
9. Installation — The Designer supervises the installation of all finishes, fixtures, and furnishings.
10. Project Completion — The Designer provides a deficiency list upon site inspection and ensures that the project has been completed according to plan.
